Cell disruption is no longer the hit and miss field that it used to be, and Constant Systems Ltd have developed a process that is reliable and repeatable.

General multi-purpose cell disruption can be carried out with Constant Cell Disruption Systems on a small research scale or in pilot and production scale facilities. Disruption of sub cellular and intracellular particles from one pass is possible over a wide range of organisms which include algae, animal cells, bacteria, environmental samples, fungi (inc yeasts), mammalian cells and tissue, parasites, plant cells and tissues, viruses.

If you intend to process small quantities (less than 50 mls) look at our One Shot model, for larger quantities see the rest of our product range.

For viscous and non-flowing materials we recommend using either our One Shot  model, or our specially designed HAIVA models.
