Diane Brown was appointed Managing Director of Constant Systems Limited in October 2004 and CEO of Constant Systems Incorporated in October 2005. With over 10 years service within the Score Group PLC, initially as a valve sales co-ordinator within the North sea oil industry then transferring to the Group’s Aerospace surface treatment and manufacturing facility as business unit manager where during her 4 years she assisted in the development and growth of the business into a company of 120 employees.
Diane’s academic and business qualifications include HND in Business and Finance, 2:1 Honours Degree in Business Studies, a certificate in Company Direction and several on the job training certificates which include risk assessments, appraisals, internal audits, fire safety, anodic flaw detection and various computer courses.
With Diane’s wealth of business knowledge and experience she has been able to drive the business forward to allow Constant Systems to compete and succeed in today’s turbulent environment. Diane has streamlined the business by adopting Aerospace Manufacturing techniques giving the Constant Systems product range enhanced quality and reliability in addition to reducing turn round time by the introduction of Lean Manufacture, this has been supported by the implementation of a dedicated team of technicians, service engineers and sales personnel.
