Richard Mallabar is Works Manager of Constant Systems Limited and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the business. Using his 17 years engineering experience and 8 years experience as a Constant Systems team member he leads a motivated team to ensure that Constant Systems Limited continually strive to develop and deliver a quality product, developing personnel competancy through training in specialised areas and assessing the training needs of the team as we mature and grow by meeting new and evolving customer needs. Richard trained for 4 years at Mid-Warwickshire College as a Mechanical Engineer and completed 2 years additional training for CNC machining and Workshop Management. He has 5 years managerial experience including qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and a certificate in "Front Line Management", Richard's attributes enable him to manage the business effectively by implementing "constant" improvement to both working practices and the working environment.
